California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018

Section I: Notice at Collection of Personal Information
This California Consumer Privacy Act Notice at Collection of Personal Information ("NAC") and the California Consumer Privacy Act Notice in Section II, below, are for California residents and supplements the AIR Worldwide Corporation Online Privacy Notice available here.
This NAC applies solely to visitors, users, and other individuals who reside in California ("consumers" or "you"). AIR Worldwide Corporation ("we" or "our") adopt this NAC to comply with the CCPA and other applicable California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this NAC.
This NAC describes the categories of Personal Information we collect and the purpose(s) for which the Personal Information will be used.

- To provide materials associates with a remote event, for example a pre-event registration pack or post-event certificate

- To develop, maintain the quality or safety of, improve, upgrade, or enhance our products and services

- To advertise and market our products and services and to determine the effectiveness of such advertising and marketing

Section II: CCPA Privacy Notice
This CCPA Privacy Notice is for California residents and supplements the information contained in the Notice at Collection (“NAC”) in Section I above and the AIR Worldwide Corporation Online Privacy Notice available here. It applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in California (“consumer(s)” or “you”). AIR Worldwide Corporation adopts this CCPA Privacy Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this CCPA Privacy Notice.
Information we collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a consumer (personal information). For purposes of this Privacy Notice, consumers include those who interact online or offline with AIR Worldwide Corporation.

Your rights under the CCPA
The CCPA provides consumers with specific rights concerning their personal information:
- The right to request the disclosure of certain information to you about the collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months that includes the following:
- The categories of personal information we collected about you
- The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you
- The business and/or commercial purpose(s) applicable to that personal information
- The categories of third parties with whom such personal information was shared
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you
- If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, two separate lists indicating:
- Sales, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and
- Disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained
- The right to request the deletion of personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions and limitations as provided in the CCPA

Nondiscrimination
You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights under the CCPA. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services
